Ideally candidates will be based in the Washington, DC or New York area. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Abbreviated New Drug Application experience and will be working on ANDA cases. Candidates must have a master’s or PhD in organic chemistry. You will be working and learning from some of the most dedicated professionals in intellectual property law. Our associate compensation structure has two components: a base salary (based on an 1825 billable hour expectation) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. Depending on the experience level of the candidate, the hiring range is $165k - $220k.
