The successful candidate will have notable experience drafting and negotiating contracts and licensing in various areas of technology, including software, hardware, SaaS, internet and e-commerce and other technologies, as well as experience advising clients on data privacy and corporate structure and financing, security laws and mergers and acquisitions. Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar and have strong writing and communication skills. Additional skills include the ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously, with keen attention to detail.
