Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a partnership-track mergers and acquisitions associate to join the Insurance practice group in our Chicago, Denver, Des Moines, Florham Park, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C. office. Candidates should possess three-six years of legal experience working on mergers, acquisitions and similar transactional matters, with a preference for such experience in the insurance industry (but not required). We are seeking candidates with significant deal experience and the capacity to manage multiple transactions concurrently and the proven ability to produce top quality work with minimal supervision. Candidates must also have excellent writing and analytical skills. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $180,000 - $305,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law.
