We are seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions associate with 3 to 4 years of experience, including drafting purchase agreements and definitive transaction documentation for public and private company targets and parties, running diligence and the corporate approval process for both public and private company targets and advising M&A-related securities matters and preparing M&A-related securities filings. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills. They will also have significant M&A transactional work experience at a major firm or extensive second chair experience on smaller transactions.
