Job Requirements: Requirements: Ideal candidates will have 3 - 5 years of experience working on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Associate will be responsible for all phases of discovery, as well as research, writing, and hearing support. Candidate must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, be well-organized (responsible for handling a large volume of cases) and have good negotiation skills.
