Responsibilities and practice Dentons US LLP is seeking a Senior Attorney specializing in non-patent IP law with excellent academic credentials and 8-12 years of experience to join our dynamic Intellectual Property & Technology practice. There is flexibility for this position to be full time or part-time, M-F reduced schedule. This is a great opportunity to do interesting work for industry-leading clients with a group of dedicated colleagues who are passionate about their work. Responsibilities include: Domestic and international trademark strategy Domestic and international trademark clearance searches and filings TM search, prosecution, defense and enforcement in the United States, USPTO and worldwide TM/copyright counseling Copyright search, prosecution, defense and enforcement, including DMCA IP due diligence IP licensing Contracts generally with a focus on IP IP litigation support Anti-counterfeiting UDRP filings Pursuant to New York law, the salary range for this position in New York is $175,000 to $325,000 based on experience.
