Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience, and superb research, writing, and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of general corporate/transactional experience and a desire to join a team that primarily represents private equity clients operating within multiple industry verticals. This attorney will have the opportunity to engage in various transactional matters including structuring joint ventures and pooled-investment vehicles for clients pursuing real estate and private credit investments. Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 is a plus, but not required. Polsinelli is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice.
