Job Description: The Miami office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking associates with 3+ years of experience for the Global Finance Group to work on warehouse lending and asset-backed securitizations. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents for lenders and borrowers in warehouse financings secured by consumer assets and offering and transaction documents for underwriters, initial purchasers and issuers in both public and private offerings of asset-backed securities.
