We are seeking to expand our team with an attorney who has at least 3 - 5 years of eDiscovery experience, including relevant industry affiliations, and excellent counseling, writing, and hands-on litigation skills. Labor and employment experience is a plus. The position can be resident in Littler’s Las Vegas, Seattle, Phoenix or Portland offices, or the following California offices: Irvine, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Walnut Creek. Pursuant to California regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $230,000 to $265,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Pursuant to Washington regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $190,000 to $210,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
