The Contracts Attorney must have significant and demonstrable corporate and commercial experience. You will be a key member of the Legal Department, responsible for a variety of matters including commercial contracts and related support. You would also be counted on to bring a high degree of order (contract management, filing, tracking, reporting) to the Legal Department. As a Contracts Attorney supporting efforts for Pansophic Learning, you will handle a variety of tasks including: <ul> <li>Administration: Manage the end-to-end contract administration process, to include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor contracts, independent contractor agreements, end-user license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents.</li> <li>Tracking: Track key dates in contracts, timely inform internal business team members and renew agreements when needed.</li> <li>Documentation: Maintain contractual records and documentations and ensure procedures are in place for control of all contract correspondence, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all assigned projects. Conduct periodic audits/reviews of same.</li> <li>Risk Management: Identify and assess potential contractual risks and provide strategic advice to the key stakeholders.
