Ignite Your Career With CORA! As the Associate Counsel, you will serve as the primary legal advisor at CORA, reporting directly to the CFO. Responsibilities will span various legal areas and provide an opportunity to help shape our legal strategies and contribute to our continued growth and success. Responsibilities will include contract review and negotiation, including commercial, lease and vendor agreements; maintaining documentation of corporate legal positions; corporate governance and risk management; policy development, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations; maintaining relationships with external network of legal experts; and managing the paralegal team. This is a remote position with occasional domestic travel. Ideal candidate located in Ohio or Florida.
