Support advisory results across industry verticals and business lines primarily through sellside and buyside transactions, coordinating with other strategic products (DCM and ECM) to deliver the entire bank. A seasoned senior M&amp;A banker is expected to support and execute $3 million to $15 million in M&amp;A related revenue.</p> <p></p> <p><b><br> M&amp;A Director Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p> <p> Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Assists MD's in setting strategy and objectives for defined business area.<br> 2. Responsible for managing client relationships, business development, and transactional activities.<br> 3. Applies industry/product knowledge to drive revenue production and business growth.<br> 4. Support M&amp;A revenue production and business growth<br> 5. May lead deal teams.<br> 6. Mentors and coaches junior staff.<br> 7. Coordinates the engagement process with Legal<br> 8. Fully established M&amp;A Directors should support sustainable M&amp;A revenue and activity within assigned sectors</p> <p> . Successfully work across multiple lines of business to meet client needs</p> <p></p> <p><b><br> M&amp;A Managing Director Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p> <p> Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Responsible for strategically developing and maintaining relationships with C-suites of corporate clients, Boards of Directors of corporate clients, and relevant senior investment professionals of private equity firms</p> <p> 2. Applies extensive industry and product knowledge to drive revenue production and business growth.</p> <p> 3. Plays a key role in developing strategy and objectives for designated business area.</p> <p> 4. Support M&amp;A revenue production and business growth</p> <p> 5. Manage for executional excellence in deal processes across entire team</p> <p> 6. Handles certain aspects of client interactions, including directing and coordinating execution of transactions.</p> <p> 7. Mentors and coaches junior staff</p> <p> 8. Limited responsibility for representation with fiscal, legal, regulatory &amp; trade entities.</p> <p> 9. Coordinates the engagement process with Legal</p> <p> 10. Fully established M&amp;A Directors should support sustainable M&amp;A revenue and activity within assigned sectors</p> <p> 11. Successfully work across multiple lines of business to meet client needs</p> <p></p> <p><b><br> Required Qualifications:</b><br> The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Minimum of 10 years of related work experience (14 years for Managing Director)<br> 3. Experience in leading the execution of an extensive variety of client transactions covering the full advisory and capital raising spectrum<br> 4. Advanced knowledge of industry, market, and products<br> 5. Proven ability to develop, nurture and monetize “trusted advisor” client relationships with senior executives<br> 6. Advanced analytical and technical skills combined with a problem solving attitude<br> 7. Excellent interpersonal style, good listening skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely<br> 8. Strong partnering and leadership skills in a complex, matrixed environment</p> <p></p> <p><b><br> Preferred Qualifications:</b><br> 1.
