Description:
<p> Rapidly growing law firm specializing in the representation of condominium and homeowner associations is seeking a full-time Associate Litigation Attorney with 4-6 years of experience. Qualified candidates must be licensed in Indiana and possess litigation experience. Mediation and arbitration experience preferred. Knowledge and experience of the Indiana Homeowners Association Act and/or the Indiana Condominium Act preferred but not required.</p>
<p> The ideal candidate must have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Must be comfortable working independently yet be a team player. This is a hybrid position.</p> Requirements:
<p><b> Duties/Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of Indiana trial court rules and procedure.</li>
<li>Court appearances on behalf of clients in courts throughout Central Indiana</li>
<li>Experience with general civil litigation, including drafting pleadings and briefs, drafting, and responding to written discovery, conducting depositions.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate with and provide regular litigation status updates to clients.</li>
<li>Ability to advise clients on all aspects of litigation procedure, including settlement.</li>
<li>Travel throughout the Indianapolis metro area required.</li>
<li>Work with multiple clients.</li>
<li>Any other duties as necessary or required.</li>
