SUMMARY The primary responsibilities for this position are contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and data privacy. In addition, this position supports and assists the General Counsel with all legal functions at a regional and global level, including compliance (policies, procedures, and investigations), corporate books and records, dispute resolutions, and intellectual property management and protection. DUTIES <ul> <li> Review, negotiate, and organize contracts utilizing a contract management system database</li> <li> Support all merger and acquisition activity, including post-merger integration</li> <li> Support all data privacy projects</li> <li> Update and implement compliance policies, procedures, and investigations</li> <li> Maintain corporate books and records</li> <li> Assist with labor and employment matters</li> <li> Manage dispute resolution matters, including litigation</li> <li> Maintain intellectual property portfolio</li> <li> Provide legal training and advice to management and business units</li> <li> Serve as a liaison with outside counsel</li> <li> Other projects as may be assigned by General Counsel</li> </ul> Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
