The US Corporate group is seeking Corporate associates (US Admitted) with 1 to 4 years of experience in Corporate work. This role is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to broaden their experience beyond capital markets work. Ideally the candidate will have strong capital markets experience with a good background in M&A and general corporate work. Mandarin Chinese language skills are required, preferably fluent. This candidate would come from a top tier US peer firm or a Magic Circle UK Firm.
