We also regularly serve as outside general counsel for a number of our clients. Our transaction experience crosses multiple industries and jurisdictions. The Opportunity Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking an associate with 1-4 years of corporate transactional experience to join its thriving, growing and highly collaborative Corporate Practice Group. This position will include a specific opportunity to work in our Corporate Practice Group’s expanding litigation finance practice, in which we represent prominent litigation finance firms, hedge funds and other investors in providing capital solutions to litigants and law firms. No prior experience with the litigation finance asset class is needed; experience in general corporate matters, M&A, and/or financing transactions will serve as a proper foundation to expand into working in this exciting transactional area. Candidates will also have the opportunity to work on M&A, equity financings, debt financings and a variety of general corporate matters. Candidates must have strong writing and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to continue to learn and develop new skills and who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
