Goldberg, Miller & Rubin is seeking a Paralegal to join our growing team in our Philadelphia office. Goldberg, Miller & Rubin is a regional law firm with offices in Philadelphia, Manhattan, and North Jersey that has been successfully litigating cases for its clients for close to four decades. We are an aggressive and talented team of trial attorneys who are dedicated to getting the best results for our clients. Responsibilities Assisting attorneys in preparing civil litigation matters for trial. Work with clients to receive discovery documents. Review discovery materials. Draft motions and discovery responses as well as other documents. Draft and send out Subpoenas. Set up independent medical examinations. Review medical records and summarize important information. Prepare for trial. Requirements 2+ years of experience in the legal field; experience in insurance defense preferred but not required. Experience in civil litigation is a plus, but not required. Paralegal certificate or other related degree is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
