Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is seeking a securities partner to join its growing Corporate Practice Group to help support and grow its securities, private fund and investment services practice. The ideal candidate will have experience representing registered investment advisers, family offices, private funds and private fund advisers, and financial sponsors on formation, regulatory, operational, compliance and transactional matters, including Investment Advisers Act and Investment Company Act matters. Candidates should also have experience with private placements, middle market private fund formation and ongoing compliance matters, as well as broker-dealer formation, regulation and compliance. A portable book of business of $500,000 is preferred. At LP, attorneys can expect to contribute to the exceptional service our clients expect.
