The ideal candidate will have experience representing registered investment advisers, family offices, private funds and private fund advisers, and financial sponsors on formation, regulatory, operational, compliance and transactional matters, including Investment Advisers Act and Investment Company Act matters. Candidates should also have experience with private placements, middle market private fund formation and ongoing compliance matters, as well as broker-dealer formation, regulation and compliance.
