The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage and protect a client’s Intellectual Property assets, provide counsel to the business regarding patent matters, trademarks, copyright matters, and domain names, and provide advice on transactional matters with regard to issues involving Intellectual Property, privacy, data protection, confidentiality, and emerging technologies. An engineering background and admission before the USPTO is required; experience in the energy industry is preferred.
