The Role: Clyde & Co has an opportunity in Johannesburg for a Coverage Disputes attorney with 4+ years of experience. We are looking for a bright, ambitious, highly motivated lawyer, with experience in complex insurance coverage disputes matters and with experience from a reputable law firm. The successful incumbent will report to Daniel Le Roux who’s practice is focussed on liability and coverage disputes. He is recognised as a leading expert in Dispute Resolution and Insurance law. Education and Experience Required Admitted to practice in South Africa 4+ years of disputes experience Excellent academic credentials Solid work history Skills and Abilities Required Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; Interpersonal, leadership, and mentoring skills; Ability to handle matters of a highly sensitive nature; Ability to handle time sensitive matters; Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
