Our Tax practice group seeks an associate with a minimum of two years of tax experience or a tax LLM. Candidate must have experience with federal income tax matters with exposure to the basics of corporate and partnership taxation, investment funds (including PPM reviews), conducting associated research and drafting memoranda and other forms of written advice. The position would provide candidate the opportunity to work on many transactional tax matters, including fund formation, M&A, private equity, capital markets, debt instruments, real estate, REITs, and/or international transactions. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required. The annual base salary ranges from $235,000 to $435,000. Salary determinations are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, year classification, graduation year, skills, and experience level.
