Type of Experience: King & Spalding’s growing Structured Finance practice seeks a staff attorney to join the New York office. Qualified candidates will be self-starters with strong organizational skills, and have the ability to multi-task given competing demands and a positive attitude. Candidates should have strong academic credentials. The staff attorney will support the practice primarily by conducting legal due diligence, circling-up offering documents, working with clients on factual back-up and light drafting. Candidates with experience building or managing transaction closing and monitoring processes are preferred.
