The Cincinnati office of BakerHostetler is seeking an associate with 3 – 6 years of experience to join its Business Group. The candidate will support a variety of corporate work including, M&A, joint ventures, growth equity financings, and general corporate and commercial matters supporting in-house legal departments and operational teams of public and private companies.
Qualifications include:
• Experience working on M&A deals, including preparing ancillary documents, performing due diligence, and preparing diligence reports
• Experience drafting LLC agreements and similar documents for corporate entities
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Superior attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and exceptional analytical skills
• Comfortable with technology
• Admitted to practice law in Ohio
