Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP is now accepting resumes for a full-time associate in our Technology Transactions Practice. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 6-7 years’ experience. Ideally this candidate will also have experience in drafting and negotiating licensing and technology agreements, advising on intellectual property issues, and supporting M&A and financing transactions, as well as experience in complex commercial transactions involving technology procurement, enterprise software, cloud services, payment systems, technology distribution arrangements, consulting and professional services, and management of intellectual property assets. Candidates that have familiarity with legal issues relating to the Internet, open source software, data privacy and security, and emerging technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence are preferred, and those with large law firm experience are strongly preferred.
