Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks an associate for its international trade practice in the Washington, DC office. Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of experience practicing at an elite level in international trade and compliance, with a particular emphasis on export controls and economic sanctions, and CFIUS foreign investment reviews. Experience in customs, international trade policy, and trade remedy litigation is a plus. Government experience will be viewed favorably, but is not required. Applicants should have excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.”
