BUSINESS LITIGATION associate (PALM BEACH)

Experience: 4 to 6 years in commercial business litigation.

Qualifications:

• Experience with representing clients in all phases of commercial business litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, discovery, motion practice, trial and appeals.
• At least one federal court Admission.

Responsibilities:

• Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of electronic discovery.
• Handle depositions, including expert witness preparation.
• Appear in court for hearings, status conferences and trials, as necessary.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
