Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. seeks a litigation associate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Practice areas should include sophisticated real estate related matters with the following attributes: Strong research and writing skills with ability to produce polished, professional documents Knowledge of state, federal and appellate courts Experience with discovery and in court Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment and experience: representing clients in complex residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters in construction litigation representing landlords, developers, boards of directors and managers of cooperatives and condominiums handling various aspects of litigation, including negotiating and drafting contracts, sale of rights agreements, leases and property transfer documents Salary range: 230k – 250k
