The preferred location for this position is San Antonio; however, we will also consider candidates in Dallas and Houston. Some previous experience or background with employment-related litigation is strongly preferred, but not required. The associate will be responsible for litigating employment-related claims, representing employers before administrative agencies, and providing services to employers in employment-related matters. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients at all levels.
