Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking a real estate transactional associate to join our San Francisco office. Our ideal candidate will have 2 – 3 years of transactional real estate experience. Associates will work on a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, finance, joint venture, and development. (Experience in all of these areas is not required.) Candidates must have strong academic credentials. Admission to the California Bar is required. The anticipated base salary for this position is $205,000 - $215,000, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
