About the job Employment Litigation Associate Tucker Ellis LLP – Atlanta, Hybrid Option Available Tucker Ellis LLP is seeking a talented Employment Litigation Associate with 3-7 years of experience to join our growing team in Atlanta. Responsibilities: Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination matters. Manage cases from inception to resolution, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Handle employment counseling and advice for clients on compliance with state and federal laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA. Work directly with partners and clients in a collaborative manner, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and strategic thinking. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia. 3-7 years of employment litigation experience. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.
