Description
Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks a Litigation Staff Attorney for our Indianapolis Office. Attorneys must have at least one year of litigation experience and must also have claims or medical review experience; mass tort or product liability experience would be a plus. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct a substantial amount of medical record and document review 2. Summarize records effectively to support legal processes 3. Collaborate on additional litigation projects, seizing occasional opportunities Qualifications: 1. Minimum of one year of medical records review experience 2. Excellent research and analytical skills 3. Display initiative and meticulous attention to detail 4. Effective interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration within a large, diverse team 5. Familiarity with eDiscovery and Relativity software platforms (preferred) 6. Admitted in Indiana or be eligible to waive into the state bar We will not consider resumes submitted by external agencies or recruiters for this position.
