Experience handling employment litigation in federal and state court, EEOC, and NYSDHR. Experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions and the capability of working independently. Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace compliance and legal issues. JD from an ABA accredited law school. Admitted to New York State Bar and in good standing. The total annual compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
