Description
The Toronto office of Skadden, Arps is seeking a mid-level associate (class of 2019-2016) to join the Energy and Infrastructure Projects group, which has a principal focus on New York law governed, US-based project finance and M&A. Strong transactional experience on M&A or financing transactions is required. Ideal candidate will have experience with energy or other infrastructure (e.g., roads) development, project finance and/or project acquisition and dispositions. A successful candidate must hold a high level of academic achievement and a passion for providing high quality work product and service to our clients. Candidate should also be NY bar admitted or otherwise willing to sit for the first available bar exam after joining.
