New York - White Collar Associate (Junior-to-Mid-Level)

The Global Regulatory Enforcement Group of Reed Smith LLP in New York is currently seeking a junior or mid-level associate to join the firm’s white-collar defense and regulatory enforcement practice. Successful candidates will have at least 2-4 years of experience at a large law firm or well-regarded boutique assisting with civil and criminal litigation, government investigations, and SEC enforcement cases. Excellent academic credentials, interpersonal skills, analytical ability, research and writing, organizational and time management skills , as well as New York bar admission, required. Federal or state judicial clerkship and/or prior government/regulatory/prosecutorial experience would also be helpful. $235,000 - $310,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith’s pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
