The London office is seeking an associate to join the Banking / Leverage Finance group, advising financial sponsor and corporate clients on some of the largest, most complex and innovative cross-border financing transactions. We are looking for an individual with 1 to 3 years’ relevant post qualification experience in the London market (or experience in a similar common law jurisdiction), although those with less or more relevant experience will be considered on their merits.
