THE OPPORTUNITY: We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Tax Associate with 2 – 4 years of transactional tax experience. THE DAY-TO-DAY: As an associate in the Corporate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. YOU HAVE: 2 - 4 years of general transactional tax experience Executive compensation experience, including investment fund Assisted clients with the design, implementation, and the tax aspects of executive compensation arrangements Represented clients on the executive compensation and tax aspects of mergers, acquisition, and financing transactions. Candidates must be admitted to the Georgia Bar or able to waive in Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills required.
