The New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP is seeking Counsel level attorneys for our tax practice group. Counsel candidates should have substantial experience in transactional tax work, with meaningful exposure to leveraged finance and capital markets transactions. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar. Cahill offers a competitive salary structure and the anticipated salary range for this position is expected to be $450,000 to $600,000 depending on experience. The actual salary may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
