Borton Petrini, LLP, seeks hardworking and personable immigration attorneys with a minimum of five years experience for an associate opening with the potential of achieving partnership status. We have openings in San Diego, Los Angeles, San Bernardino/Redlands, Bakersfield, Fresno, Modesto, Sacramento and San Jose/San Francisco. The ideal candidates will have the immigration practice skills specific to their type of immigration practice, including, but not limited to, managing an assigned caseload, knowledge and experience necessary to complete all types of immigration applications, experience effectively working with relevant government agencies, immigration hearing and trial advocacy, client interaction and management. Candidates will also possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be a highly motivated professional that can take initiative, and work independently as well as within a team. Compensation and bonuses are commensurate with experience and effort. Partnership opportunities are available. California Bar membership required.
