We are looking to further strengthen our associate ranks with the addition of a UK trained and qualified private equity associate with between 1-7 years’ PQE. We’re looking for an associate who has significant experience in private equity transactions and well-developed drafting and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have had exposure to a wide range of transactions, including buyouts, growth/minority deals, co-investments, joint ventures, exits, reorganisations and restructurings, as well as supporting investee companies through the investment life-cycle. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate strong analytical abilities, with the capability to work with funds flows and interpret financial statements.
