Baker McKenzie seeks an associate attorney for its domestic Labor & Employment Litigation practice in California, Chicago, or New York. The position will encompass a diverse range of employment matters including litigation of multijurisdictional class and collective cases and high stakes, complex disputes. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of employment litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills, e.g., Law Review. Major top tier law firm experience in an employment litigation practice is preferred and a federal judicial clerkship is a plus. Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the California, IL, or NY Bar to apply. The candidate must have the ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members. For candidates living and working in our California and New York offices, the annual salary range is between $235,000 and $390,000.
