The law firm of Gallagher & Kennedy is seeking an experienced commercial litigation paralegal to join our busy commercial litigation team. Candidate must possess excellent organization and attention to detail skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines. The job tasks will include, but not be limited to: Organizing and maintaining documents in paper and electronic systems Assisting in preparation for trial, including organizing exhibits and assisting with other tasks as needed Preparing briefs, pleadings, discovery, appeals, and other legal documents Gathering and analyzing statutes, decisions, legal articles, codes, documents, and other data 5+ years of experience required.
