Job description Our one-week Summer Vacation Scheme which will take place from 04 - 08 December 2023, will offer you the opportunity to experience first-hand what it’s like to work for A&O. You will work on real deals and getting hands-on insight into the truly international nature of what we do and also get the opportunity to interview for Articles. Key requirements Second year (LLB) student. Must have South African Citizenship. Outstanding academic credentials with a minimum 70% average. Resilient, self-starter with the intellectual curiosity and versatility to continuously acquire, build upon and share knowledge. Evidence of a keen interest in and knowledge of the legal framework surrounding general financing transactions. Highly motivated team player with excellent organisational skills. Clear and concise verbal and written communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and a good eye for detail. A person of sound judgement and core values, able to establish a high level of credibility.
