The Palo Alto office seeks an attorney with extensive experience in Executive Compensation and Benefits. Transactional employee benefits experience is preferred, including experience with due diligence processes, employee benefits research and review of employee benefits provisions of transaction documents. Experience with executive compensation provisions of the Internal Revenue Code (e.g., 409A, 280G, 162(m) and 83) is preferred. California bar membership is preferred. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience required.
