The Opportunity Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of corporate transactional experience to join its growing and highly collaborative Corporate Group. The candidate must have experience working on sophisticated M&A transactions, including transactions involving private equity sponsors. Experience in drafting LLC/shareholder agreements, securities offering materials and other corporate transactional documents and advising middle market companies on various other general corporate matters is a plus. We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to continue to learn and develop new skills and who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
