Qualified candidates will have six to nine years' experience, including significant experience working on private equity/LBO transactions (i.e., representing private equity fund buying businesses using acquisition finance) irrespective of sector, within PE/M&A. All candidates should have elite New York law firm experience, sterling academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and an entrepreneurial attitude as in addition to working on cutting edge PE/M&A deals they will learn how to originate business.
