Description
Snell & Wilmer seeks an associate attorney with 3 to 5 years of litigation experience to join its Special Litigation, Investigations, and Compliance practice group. Attorneys in this group provide a variety of litigation and compliance services on high-profile government and healthcare matters, including those pending at the highest state and federal courts. Candidates should have interest and experience in healthcare litigation, including medical malpractice claims, regulatory compliance with government agencies, and medical licensing boards. The candidate may also be exposed to agency law, bad faith insurance, criminal law, and “rapid response” crisis management. Excellent academic credentials and superior writing skills are expected, and eDiscovery experience is required. While these positions will preferably be filled in Phoenix, we will consider applicants who are licensed to practice in other jurisdictions where our firm maintains offices. This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm’s benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses. We are not currently accepting recruiter submissions for this role.
