New York Office - Structured Finance- Mid-Level Associate

Winston & Strawn is looking for a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group. Candidates should have three to six years of strong structured finance deal experience at a law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures, primarily in the residential mortgage (RBF) and other consumer finance related industries. Experience across a variety of asset types and structures is preferred but not required. All candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.
