Our team excels in clearance, branding, portfolio management, complex transactions, and rights enforcement for clients with some of the world’s most recognizable trademarks. We handle both high-volume and smaller portfolios, providing market-leading guidance on global trademark clearance and domain name issues. Assist with representing clients in complex trademark and copyright matters, including: Advise clients on global trademark clearance projects, trademark and copyright enforcement, registration, domain name, and counseling matters. Negotiate and draft purchase, sale, security, license, and other related agreements. A minimum of 3 years of trademark experience, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, brand and portfolio management, and counseling regarding trademark strategy in the United States and abroad; Licensed Washington, DC attorney in good standing; We are partnering with our preferred search firm partners on this need and will not accept unsolicited resumes or other unsolicited candidate information without a fully executed fee agreement.
