Trademark Associate Attorney – Washington DC Office Established International law firm has an immediate need for a full-time Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of law firm experience to support the Trademark Practice in our Washington, DC Office. The candidate must be dedicated, focused and will be expected to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently with minimum supervision. Specific Job Experience will include, but are not limited to: Trademark Office Prosecution; Licensing; Litigation including Federal Court proceedings; Opposition/Cancellation actions; Copyright and Internet domain name experience is preferred. Candidates should also: Demonstrate initiative, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail; Ability to prepare legal arguments and strategy; Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); Professional demeanor and ability to work well with others; Candidate must have a JD Degree, and be barred.
