Preferred applicants will be experienced tax partners with a sophisticated practice in one or more of the following areas: corporate and partnership tax, mergers & acquisitions, taxation of natural resources and international tax. Large law firm or tax boutique firm experience is desired. Applicants should have a portable practice and a historical track record of strong client relationships. Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required for this position.
